Arya News - This marks Japan`s second consecutive successful H3 launch since June 2026, marking a full return to normal operations following an initial failure from last December.
TOKYO – The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) successfully launched a 57-meter-tall H3 rocket from the Tanegashima Space Center in Kagoshima Prefecture at 4:23 a.m. on Tuesday.
The No. 9 flight of the large mainstay rocket entered its planned trajectory and successfully released the Cabinet Office’s Michibiki No. 7 positioning satellite.
This marks the second consecutive successful H3 launch since June, marking a full return to normal operations following a failure in December.
